This survey asks your opinions about your current work environment and how if affects your ability to do your work. The purpose of the survey is to compare your rating of the building with ratings from other buildings and to better understand which aspects best support the work you do. The information you provide will be used to improve the future design and management of workplaces.

In carrying out surveys, from time to time, KODO Pacific Pty Ltd ("we","us") may request personal information from its clients ("you"). We use this information to conduct comprehensive surveys that provide relevant information, and further research into aspects of the built environment.
Occasionally, we may use this information to contact you regarding some aspect of our research. We may share this information with other professionals within the KODO group but we will not share this information with any other third parties without your permission, unless required to do so by law, in case of an emergency or in an act of good faith in the interest of your well-being.
